These terms govern your use of the Titan Transport SLC website and any transportation services you book with us. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms.
Titan Transport SLC provides private, chauffeured airport and point-to-point transportation in a Cadillac Escalade Platinum Sport (5th generation), seating up to six passengers. We operate in Salt Lake City, Park City, and the greater Wasatch Front.
A reservation is confirmed once your $24 deposit is processed through our payment provider, Stripe. The remaining balance, based on your quoted zone fare, is due directly to your driver at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods for the balance: Stripe card reader (credit/debit), cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Please have your preferred payment method ready at pickup or drop-off.
Fares are flat-rate based on pickup and drop-off zone, as shown at checkout. Optional add-ons, such as meet-and-greet service (+$50), are shown and confirmed before payment.
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight's status using your provided flight number and adjust your pickup time automatically for delays or early arrivals at no extra charge. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate flight number at booking — we can't track a flight we don't know about.
Your driver will wait a reasonable grace period at the agreed pickup location. If you're unreachable and do not appear within that window, the trip may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited. If you're running late, please call or text us — we'd rather know than guess.
We reserve the right to refuse or end service for any passenger who is abusive, endangers the safety of the driver or vehicle, brings prohibited items aboard, or otherwise violates these terms, without a refund of the deposit.
Please check that you have all belongings before leaving the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left behind, though we'll make a reasonable effort to return anything found.
Titan Transport SLC carries commercial auto insurance as required for chauffeured transportation in Utah. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, except where limiting liability is not permitted by law.
Promotional codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of offer, may be limited to first-time customers or a specific number of bookings, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
